Frape & Sons Rhubarb Bitters

Handmade using locally sourced ingredients, in batches of no more than 500 bottles. The flavour base is distilled using a moonshine still from western Kentucky, and is designed to complement the infused aromatics. 

These bitters let the tartness of the rhubarb alone stand in contrast to the warmth of the black strap molasses with the same, clean herbal bite on the finish.  These bitters are at home in everything from vinaigrettes in the kitchen to gin and tonics at the bar.  Particularly adept at playing off the sweet notes of melon juices and ingredients.
