Impress your guests next happy hour with this exotic cocktail! This trio works with a range of base spirits, just follow the classic "sour" template (recipe below).
PINEAPPLE TAMARIND SOUR
–Shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass over ice cubes.–
2 oz base spirit (see suggestions below)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Raft Pineapple Tamarind Syrup
2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
8 drops Ms. Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer
Suggested Base Spirits: Speyside or Highland Scotch (Glenmorangie, Aberfeldy), Rum (Havana 3, Brugal Anejo, Plantation), Bourbon (Makers Mark, Woodford Reserve)
