Tasting Notes: Aroma notes of fresh lime, hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon, peppery and grassy, strong, solid bitterness.
Tlalocan Latin Lime bitters are a bright and versatile bitters, bursting with fresh flavours and working well in many an application. A huge wave of fresh lime aroma and flavour is supported by floral undertones, a Latin flavour complexity and just a hint of spice. Use them where you'd use an orange bitters for a new twist. They play especially well with mezcal, rum, gin and pisco.
Cocktails: Try them in a Pisco Sour, a Dark and Stormy or a Gin and Tonic.
