Bitter Tears - GYPSY Tamarind Cacao

Gypsy is a bittersweet concoction of imported Mexican tamarind with just a hint of cacao.

Umami Michelada
— rim glass with salt, fill with ice, add ingredients, stir —
Togarashi Dry Chili with Sea Salt
1 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. light Mexican beer
1 tsp Colonel Pabst Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
2-3 dashes Bitter Tears "Gypsy" Tamarind Cacao Bitters
