HURRICANE
—Shake all but grenadine with ice. Strain into highball glass filled with ice. Add the grenadine gently. Garnish with orange wheel, hibiscus, and cherry—
2 oz white rum
2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
2 oz passion fruit juice
¾ oz Monsieur Cocktail Hibiscus Grenadine
1 orange wheel
1 Wild Hibiscus Flower in Syrup
1 Paw Paw's Cocktail Cherry

Zombie

ZOMBIE
—Add all but overproof rum and grenadine to shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Add the grenadine and float the overproof rum. Garnish with pineapple fronts and cherry—
¾ oz overproof amber rum
1½ oz Jamaican rum
1 oz black rum
¼ oz absinthe
¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz Monsieur Cocktail Hibiscus Grenadine
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ oz Monsieur Cocktail Universal Syrup
2 pineapple fronds, for garnish
1 Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

RUM COCKTAIL
—Shake. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Lime wheel garnish—
1½ oz white rum
¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz Monsieur Cocktail Hibiscus Grenadine
