1½ oz. Dillon’s Vodka Method 95
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
2 dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters
top with 1 oz. tonic

2 oz. Dillon’s 95 Vodka
1½ oz. simple syrup
2 dashes Dillon’s Rhubarb Bitters
6 fresh strawberries, 4 mint leaves muddled
