Cahoots Lavender Simple Syrup Recipes

Cahoots Blood Orange Fizz
LAVENDER BLOOD ORANGE FIZZ

—Shake ingredients and top with soda. Serve over ice in a collins glass. Blood orange slice to garnish.
2 oz. gin 
1/2 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
3/4 oz. blood orange juice
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Soda

 

Cahoots Lavender Gin Sour

LAVENDER GIN SOUR
— Dry shake all ingredients to build foam. Then add ice and shake. Serve in coupe glass with lavender sprig garnish
2 oz. gin
1 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon Juice
0.5 oz. egg white (optional)

 

Cahoots Lavender Mojito

LAVENDER 'MOJITO'
—Muddle lemon in shaker, add ingredients with crushed ice, shake. Top with soda. Serve in highball glass with lavender and mint garnish
2 oz. white rum
3/4 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
Half lemon quartered and muddled
Mint 
Crushed ice

 

The Bee's Knees

THE BEE'S KNEES
—Combine in shaker with ice, shake, fine strain into chilled coupe, lemon twist garnish
2 oz. London dry gin
1/2 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 barspoon honey

 

Cahoots Lavender Latte

LAVENDER LATTE
—Gently heat milk and syrup in saucepan. Just before boil, pull from heat and whisk rapidly. Pour espresso shots into mug. Top with frothed lavender milk.
2 shots espresso
1/2 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
4 oz. light cream of 2% milk

 

Cahoots Ramos Gin Fizz

RAMOS GIN FIZZ
—Combine gin, syrup, lemon juice, cream, and egg white in shaker. Dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and hard shake until nearly all ice has melted. Fine strain into chilled collins or flute. Top with soda
2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Cahoots Lavender Syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. half and half cream
1 egg white
soda
