1/4 oz. Le Lab Simple Syrup
1/8 oz. Orange Curaçao

2/3 oz. fresh lemon juice

— build in highball over ice, lemon twist garnish —
2 oz. aged rum
2-3 dashes Berg & Hauck Jerry Thomas Bitters
1 oz. Pickett’s Medium Spicy Ginger Beer
5 oz. soda water

Bitter Highball

BITTER HIGHBALL (as pictured)
— build in highball over ice, lemon twist garnish —
3/4 oz. Berg & Hauck Jerry Thomas Bitters
1 oz. Pickett’s Medium Spicy Ginger Beer
5 oz. soda water

 

 

BBQ SAUCE
2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp Berg & Hauck Jerry Thomas Bitters
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp hickory smoked salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Mix ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for up to 20 minutes.
