2 oz. whiskey, brandy, aged rum, or añejo tequila

— stir, serve up, bourbon cherry garnish —
2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth

BROWNIES
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. Berg & Hauck / The Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic Bitters
2 tbsp. butter
1.5 cups chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat sugar, butter, bitters, and chocolate chips until melted. Mix in eggs and vanilla, then flour, baking soda, and salt. Spread in greased pan and bake at 325° F for 25-30 minutes.
