Shake. Pour into double old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz fresh orange juice
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Passion Fruit Syrup
¼ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Divine Vanilla Syrup
1½ oz demerara rum
Luxardo Maraschino cherry

LAPU LAPU
Shake. Pour into goblet with ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and cherry
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz fresh orange Juice
1 oz B.G. Reynolds’ Passion Fruit Syrup
¾ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Divine Vanilla Syrup
1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum 

 

Vanilla Egg Cream

VANILLA EGG CREAM
Shake. Add club soda to shaker and gently swish to combine. Strain into Collins glass
3 oz club soda
1½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Divine Vanilla Syrup
½ oz heavy cream
1 egg

Shake with crushed ice. Pour into tiki mug. Top with crushed ice. Float club soda and grenadine. Garnish with mint

2½ oz dark rum
1½ oz fresh lime juice
2 dash Angostura Bitters
6 drops Herbsaint or Pernod
1 oz club soda (float)
¼ oz Small Hand Foods Grenadine (float)
