B.G. Reynolds' Cinnamon Syrup Recipes

 Shrunken Skull

SHRUNKEN SKULL
Shake. Strain into tumbler. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Serve demerara rum on side to float or use as a chaser
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Small Hand Foods Grenadine
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Cinnamon Syrup
1 oz gold rum
1 oz demerara rum, served on the side

 

 

Jet Pilot

JET PILOT
Shake. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Top with lime wheel with crouton soaked in lemon extract on top, light on fire, sprinkle with cinnamon
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Falernum
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz blackstrap rum
¾ oz gold rum
¾ oz 151 proof demerara rum
2 dashes Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
6 drops absinthe 

Lon Chaney Iced Tea

LON CHANEY ICED TEA

Shake. Strain into tiki mug filled with ice. Top with soda. Lemon wheel garnish
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Cinnamon Syrup
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Orgeat
¾ oz demerara rum
¾ oz light rum
¾ oz gin
¾ oz tequila reposado
¼ oz Cola Maison Syrup
1 oz soda water (float)

Dark 'n Stormy

DARK ‘N STORMY
Shake. Strain into tiki mug filled with ice. Top with soda. Cinnamon stick garnish
1½ oz demerara rum
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Cinnamon Syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Pickett’s Medium Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup
3 oz soda water

 

Cinna-Manhattan

CINNA-MANHATTAN
Stir. Serve up in coupe. Bourbon cherry garnish
2½ oz bourbon
½ oz sweet vermouth
½ oz B.G. Reynolds’ Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
1 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry
