"Our mixologist Simon Ho brings the heat with this Barbados-inspired flaming rum punch!
1.5 oz gosling dark rum
1 oz over-proof rum
.5oz spiced rum
1 oz lime juice
1oz simple syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters
- In a shaker with ice, add dark rum, spiced rum, simple syrup, bitters and lime juice. Shake well.
- Pour into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Take half of a lime and squeeze the juice out if it.
- Place the lime on the top of your glass and pour over-proof rum into the lime.
- Light the lime on fire
- Grate nutmeg on lime while lit
- Flip lime over carefully
